Rosa did an amazing job pushing us while making the class feel encouraging and welcoming. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to come back for another class!

Come 5 min early and do street parking or to figure out the garage. Class is hard to find but it’s at the round about next to the door with the leasing office for Rail apts. they have music notes on the door if that helps

The steps were taught slowly and then the speed increased. Then we got to take a video of our routine which they sent to us. Definitely recommend 10/10!
