Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and human anatomy did a lot of work on proper alignment Felt like I was in the presence for truly great teacher as well as a person that likes to teach. Took time to explain to every student. Even the most minute adjustments for correct alignment during postures. Really, really nice. , recommend this teacher.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenHighly recommend! Carolina is the best! The way she adjusted the position I was in to make certain I was reaping the full benefits from the pose, was wonderful. And not only just me, others too. During the class she gave us some knowledge on what the yoga poses were improving within the body. Love this experience overall! Only thing to remember the bathrooms are in a different area off to the left in a separate area in case you need to go before. Even did this class with my sister who was a first timer and she had good things to say too!
