FS8 Ignite

At the end of class one of the staff’s toddler daughter helped pass out cold and scented wet wash cloths and it was so sweet and such a great end to an intense class! So awesome. HIGHLY recommend.

The instructor was really nice and helpful, the class was easy to follow and most importantly, the class was a new challenge. I was sweating like crazy! I highly recommend this place.

Sarah was amazing she jumped in, did the workout with us, talked about form and taught me more in one session than I’ve learned in any other yoga class. She and the owner are a powerhouse team, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. Great atmosphere, great people and great energy. I’ll definitely be back.
