alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis is a great class if you are after low intensity or if you have never taken a Zumba class before. I would say the class is more suitable for a more mature audience. The instructor Chris is great. You have all the Zumba rhythms (Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton). Due to the low intensity of the class, the steps are very easy to follow. It was not mentioned in the description that the class would be low intensity, I think ClassPass should renamed this class “Zumba Gold” or “Zumba for Older Adults”. Overall a great class but I would come back when I am 70+ 😅
