I love having 2 trainers with eyes on us making sure we’re doing it right and keeping us motivated! Instructed work out classes have been so incredibly positive in my life, mentally and physically. And F45 is my favorite!!

Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

I love that it was extra tough, but the movements were still easy to follow (vs some other classes where the weights are just not manageable for some depending on whether they train or not) and she really maximised the time, it felt like a crazy workout!

You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better
