Noticed someone being trained by a trainer/coach tho. Did not look encouraging to avail a gym membership and/or coach based from my observation but did not affect my overall experience. CP is great na for personal training in this gym. I will visit again!

Very encouraging for a complete beginner like me. She taught us steps that were easy to follow and was very considerate and helpful to those that were having a hard time. I like her warm energy, which I think played a big factor in establishing that her class is a safe and nonjudgmental space for students of varying skill levels. Highly recommended! ☺️👍💯
