She focused on my back and shoulders, gave a great foot massage, cleaned off the excess oil afterward, and even incorporated hot stones for a few relaxing minutes. When I first arrived, she took time to explain the tools she would use for the myofascial massage and that she also incorporates the grasson technique and tools. I sit a desk job 8-10 hours a day and she worked magic. The tension in my neck and shoulders evaporated from my body.
