I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. They were talking loudly the entire time, even after we asked them to stop. They kept getting closer, taking photos and then eventually sat down right in front of me and started eating snacks while talking. This was incredibly distracting.

The instructor was clear and friendly, and gave helpful corrections. Only thing I would mention is that I think the instructor's mic might need to be a bit louder so we could hear it a bit more clearly over the music. We used the foam roller to target specific muscles more deeply, which was a game changer. The whole workout was super focused on protecting the joints, and at the end, he made sure we stretched properly. I 100% recommend this class for anyone with joint issues—or really, anyone at all, like me. I don’t have any issues, but I still like to keep them safe.

I’m not sure what the usual programming is like but we did 2 rounds of 6 Hyrox stations, basically full stations you would experience at the race. 60 min time cap. So essentially 3/4 of a full Hyrox race. Just be aware this programming is not for beginners. I’ve done 2 full solo races and thought the class was hard. Didn’t actually finish the full 2 rounds. I don’t think anyone in the class did. Luis was a fantastic instructor who gave great tips to everyone. I would recommend for experienced Hyrox racers or very fit people. Gym, equipment, instructor, and vibes were top notch.
