Loved how Perrie explained the proper techniques for kb and set a pace that was achievable, but also so you could take it at your own pace without being screamed at 😆 fab challenging class, but I'll reiterate it is HOT so bring an extra towel!

That being said, Molly was lovely, super friendly and offered great instruction! I always love when I can follow a class without looking at the people around me to know what I’m doing - and Molly was clear and descriptive in a way that made that super easy. She also had a really fun and easygoing energy that really made the class enjoyable (anyone who can make me laugh while I’m doing a lunge series deserves an award!) The girl working on the front desk was also super sweet and helpful and made great conversation during my check in so that I felt super welcome as a new member which can be a rarity at some reformer studios. Super lovely all around!

There wasn't any unnecessary preasure and and we were encouraged to do the moves comfortably in a way and at a pace that our body allowed. It's a really good workout and had me sweating. Would recommend.
