Especially appreciated the guide reinforcing the message of this being individual practice and to do what feels good / right for our body! The class was really challenging, I was super sweaty, and if I was at max capacity I would slow it down and take it at my own pace. Lauren took time to chat with me at the end, gave me some lovely words of encouragement and nice to have a chit chat. Can’t wait to do another class!!!

Her way of teaching feels unique, laid back and professional. I like that she doesn't focus too much on the chanting and mantras that sometimes come with classes and might not be everyone's cup of tea. Really good class, highly recommended!

Was a bit difficult to understand her at times cos she was speaking a little fast and couldn’t quite hear over the music, but it’s quite intuitive anyway so I got on fine. Can’t wait to come back again.

First came in with a sore lower back (something I’ve struggled on and off with for years), he listened to my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. By the end the pain had practically gone, I was so surprised that someone could make such a difference in one session.
