She also taught us proper techniques and safety tips. The class was small, so everyone received plenty of attention. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenHave been to Ms Kae Ren’s beginner pointe class several times and really loved it! The class starts with exercises in flat shoes before progressing to pointe shoes. It’s quite beginner-friendly. So far, all exercises can be done with both hands holding the barre. There’s also a sense of progression between classes. In the last session, I even tried jumps en pointe for the first time.

Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

I like that she constantly demonstrates and do up to 90% of all the moves together with us, this helps me to check my form against hers through the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Her class makes me wanna push myself more to fulfil the poses. My body definitely felt the burn!
