The room was surprisingly warm bc I had no clue I’d signed for hot flow, but within a couple minutes it felt very comfortable. His hip hop music and mentally challenging style will keep me coming back.

There were quite a few people who were much older (I’m 31). If you want to make it more difficult, definitely add some risers.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenReally relaxing, instructor was very kind and helpful. Small class size was great. If you are sensitive to dizziness though this type of class is not for you. The inversions did make me dizzy. Although you don’t ever have to do those, inversions were about half of the time using the aerial silks, so if you opted to not do those then you are better off just taking a regular yoga class.
