This was not a beginners class and I would not recommend to anyone getting back into fitness. This was harder than boot camp classes I’ve taken in the past. Instructors were very willing to modify and very supportive.

I didn’t like that we did more lifting after a core session- it can be dangerous to do so after your core is fatigued since you need to engage your core for proper lifting form. Instructor rushed through exercise descriptions a bit, but if you’re familiar with gym work, you’ll be fine. Friendly instructors and peers

Open Gym

It’s a “smaller” gym but generally not too busy and they have everything you would need for free weights, Olympic lifts and Power lifting. They could have more machines but they at least have a machine for each muscle group. They are also putting in a steam sauna and it is a good gym for warm ups since they have a pretty comfortable turf area and straight away. The best part is it’s really clean and have showers and bathrooms to comfortably change and get ready for work. I will for sure continue to work out here. Kind of a hidden gem for class pass.
