alle Bewertungen anzeigenWe learned some acrobatics and really cool kicks. The class was 20 min stretching, then 20 min drills of kicks (attacks) and escapes (defense). Then we paired up to practice different sequences for 15 min. After that we practiced our lessons in a playful sparring session amongst the other class mates. This was a great strength full body workout with cardio. Regardless of ability or fitness level the instructor makes you feel comfortable and is very patient. The instructor celebrates the smallest victory and encourages incremental progress.

As a complete beginner, I appreciated the detailed guidance and demonstrations. I’ve always seen Wing Chun as an elegant yet powerful martial art and this experience deepened my admiration for it. It was fascinating to see the fluidity and force in the movements. If you’re even the least bit curious, go for it. It’s worth the experience!
