Loved the instructor, she was super nice, made sure to accommodate, and overall an excellent experience. It was slow paced which I used to think was equal to boring but this class showed me otherwise, loved it! Will come back again 🩷

After only 30 minutes of throwing myself at this human buffing wheel, I felt looser than ever. The weird tensions that normally made me feel like a rubberband ball were gone. Pretty incredible. Staff (I think her name is Ashley) answered all the questions I had about their services, and she even recommended a particular order of doing the services for optimal results. She is very charming over the phone and in person. I made a mistake when booking and Ashley wrote me an email (because I kept my phone number private when creating my account) and fixed my issue same day. That level of care is rare nowadays. Top notch tech, top notch service. I will be back. Thank you.

I told her I was feeling stressed from work and had a lot on my mind, and my goal was complete relaxation. She asked me to think of a color that brought me peace and happiness, and I chose yellow. Throughout the massage, she gently reminded me to focus on that color, which helped me quiet my mind and truly relax. The massage itself was wonderful, but what really stood out was the care and intention she put into helping me mentally unwind as well. I left feeling completely at ease, and I still feel great today. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for both physical relaxation and stress relief.
