I’m very new in my fitness journey so the moves are already hard for me but then this class adds the bounce in and then the weights! I felt like a baby giraffe in the air lol I sweat more than I knew I could. I had challenge. Katie was a great instructor and really showed me what I could work up to. The classmates were super encouraging afterwards and said one day after being consistent, you will get the bounce down but it takes time and commitment. I would definitely be back, but there’s some things I’ve got to work on before I feel coordinated enough to come back. Highly recommend though for anyone well into their journey and looking for that next level workout!
