Holly was super nice, showed me the studio and amenities (bathrooms, shower, cubbies, water), and introduced me to the basics of bounce before class. The studio is a lovely space (and the people were kind and helpful!), and the class was upbeat and challenging in a fun way. Holly demoed modifications as well so that I could do the bounce choreography without actually bouncing much (I understand now why it can take a few classes to get used to the trampoline). All in all, I would recommend and will gladly come back if I find myself in Louisville again!

The class was challenging and I would say you should be pretty familiar and coordinated with pilates before taking this Control 1.5. I do enjoy this class a bit more than normal reformer flow because it works your lower body a lot more.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenLauren was a very good instructor. Ive taken another Control 1.5 class before at this location, and Lauren is by far my favorite instructor. Clear instructions, good corrections to form, and good verbal cues. The class was well-paced and it felt well organized. Challenging but manageable with proper breath work. I like her energy and I definitely will be taking her class again. As far as difficulty, I would say you should be somewhat familiar with pilates (movements and terminology) to take this class.
