I took a class with paul today and I thought he was wonderful. He gives clear direction and also offers options. In addition, I felt he monitored to make sure there was good form and everyone was getting a good workout.

She asked me to speed up during class but I always listen to my body. I love classes that allow you to take your time and feel the workout. After all, we’re the ones paying right?

The class was well organized, with three 12-minute stations, which each had their own set of exercises written on a whiteboard. The instructor was really friendly and supportive, as were the other folks in the class. At 7am, there was also free street parking. Would highly recommend.
