I did the HIIT class, and it was a good combo of big bags, smaller bags, floor strength, and cardio work and a boxing combo of the night. All types of people at all levels, so it was no pressure. I absolutely worked up a sweat. Parking is on the street only and is metered until 6 p.m. on the street the gym is on. I think there’s free street parking around the corner for a short walk.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

We’re all comfortable on the bags, but when it comes to real Muay Thai - footwork, punches, kicks, partner drills, and holding mitts yourself instead of relying on the coach - that’s when you really see how good (or not so good 😂) you are. I loved the session. It was energetic, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. A great workout for cardio and speed, but even more valuable for developing real technique. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

The studio is brand new, large, super clean, well organized, and has everything you need to train mixed martial arts. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The gym also includes two heavy bags, a squat rack, sets of dumbbells & kettlebells, and all kinds of accessories. Parking is in the private gated lot. There are two mat spaces and two bathrooms. They have a separate shower most gyms do not have. Hanny is very friendly, personable, and full of knowledge. She helped me dissected each combo with patience and clear communication. She's a great coach and amazing human being. Hanny made one hour seem priceless.
