alle Bewertungen anzeigenIntense! My ass was def kicked. I think if you want to get strong, fast, agile and learn a bit of self defense this is a great class. Is this a good class for beginners? Only if you’re willing to push push push yourself. I personally do not like feeling like I’m punishing myself with exercise, so this wasn’t for me. That said, the instructor is very encouraging, very nice, and will challenge you (which is a great thing imo) to always do your best.

The class was small enough that everybody had individual attention from the coach. The gym was really spacious. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. And the reception person Jaylin was lovely and very welcoming!! the work out was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!!!

Class was very small so a lot of 1-1 time which made me feel better! I used loaner gloves so just make sure that you wash up really good when you get home!

It was a crazy workout and you get so sweaty but a great time. Very friendly instructors and wasn’t as intimidating as I would have imagined (going in as a newbie).
