I have never felt so relaxed - my nervous system is typically revved up all the time, and I really felt it shift into a state of relaxation. I will say I think my lashes may have been too small for the service to truly show but that was myself and unrealistic expectations from looking at before & after pictures and videos of lash lifts ! I can see a difference in my lashes and it looks like I used an eyelash curler right when I wake ! I would go back to try other services because they really do care about you and have great customer service ! Love this place !

Made me sign a bunch of medical related waivers at check in even though I came in for a facial. Facial was okay, technician did not speak English though, and was a little heavy handed. Music piped onto hallway but was not loud enough to drown out all the noise in the room... hissing steam machine, ticking timer, street traffic, and conversation in next room. I don't think I'll be back.
