alle Bewertungen anzeigenDerek and Petra were super welcoming! I was nervous about this class, so my only intention was to remain in class the entire time. It is structured by types of asanas with very intentional breathing. It is hooooottttt! If I hit a wall, which I did several times, I was able to go into savasana until I was ready to come back to the asanas. I made it, and have an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. Will return when I am ready to challenge myself again!
