The place is clean and the therapy dog is so calm and he brings you a ball to play while you wait. I met Dr Mann and she is so warm and inviting!

From your first step through the door to the sauna and the rooms amenities, everything was well thought out top notch. I will be becoming a regular. If I can make one suggestion to the owners at the new Long Beach LBX location, the tv with all the streaming movie and show options is great, but an option for relaxing music with perhaps a soothing screensaver would be a huge plus. Perhaps subscribing to Gaia or Calm and making that an option.

But this is the perfect combo class with a yoga flow, weights and some extra core! The hour flew by! *just a note. If you don’t have a mat, you have to pay $3 to borrow one.
