With regard to the studio, I would much prefer to have standard shower controls of power and temperature rather than single push button. Given how lovely the studio is, and all the amenities, showers give a bit of council leisure centre vibes which is a real shame!

Also the instructors was great with providing different difficulties/modifications with each routine. Vibes-wise a really enjoyable, high energy class! Really worked out my calfs and thighs

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe last Flow State ever 😭 We went out with a bang, lovely to see some old faces from the past 18 months back for one last hurrah. There is no other class that hits the spot like Flow State for me at any studio. Not sure any new concept will replace/ surpass it, so don't understand why it's disappearing. As Chris said at the end of class 'we're all going to get sh** at balancing'.
