Air con hasn’t worked for years, grotty toilet with no cowshed products anymore, stained mismatched furniture in the reception.. I could go on. Such a shame to see what happened to a once elite London gym chain.

It was a beautiful morning, with the sunlight shining through the windows, which created a lovely atmosphere. Selma is very kind and easy to connect with. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt very modern, professional and state of the art. The welcome was excellent and all the staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. My therapist, Kida, was fantastic throughout the treatment. She was very gentle, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was honestly surprised that I did not feel any pain during the microneedling session at all. The treatment was followed by LED therapy and a collagen mask, which made the whole experience feel very complete and luxurious. I also had a consultation with Dr Zarghuna, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss my skin concerns properly and explain different treatments that would suit my skin. On top of that, their prices are very competitive compared to other clinics in the area, especially considering the quality of the clinic and the service provided. This is definitely my new go-to place for skin treatments and I am already looking forward to my next session.
