Despite this being ran over in full and also the screens on the wall, I had to switch stations twice in the first 60 seconds because someone would rather take photos for Instagram than listen to where they’re supposed to be going. Do better people!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI love Veowna’s and Sarah’s class, they have such a great energy, they explain everything in detail, and make sure across the whole class that egeryone is doing the exercises correctly and they encourage you to challenge yourself, but there’s no shame if you need to stop for a bit. Also, I love Romans, as it’s low impact, easy to follow, whole body workout, and it never gets boring!

They have decent showers and provide both shower and sweat towels 🙌 very friendly atmosphere and great energy / instruction. The instructors were a great balance of pushing you, correcting form and not too over bearing. The studio floor itself is very spacious. The only thing I didn’t love was that they grouped the class into half the floor at one time. The class was half full but we still had each station at full capacity, despite rest of the gym floor being empty. I think they do this to help keep an eye on people & build camaraderie, but personally I prefer to have more space / not be on top of people. Possibly just a personal preference though!
