see all reviewsLee is great. The best instructor I know. I'm lucky enough to have attended a fair number of classes with him over the last couple of years. It was a well sructured interval typed class at 87 RPM and going through the various zones and Lee building us up to the 5 minute FTP test at the end of the class. Very effective all round session coming away dripping wet. I learned a lot and know what to expect on those bikes for the next FTP test as it didn't go to plan for me but that's ok. Lee gave me some feedback to work on so it was great. Highly recommend you attend Lee's classes.

see all reviewsvery cool class, have never done krav maga before today (nor any martial art) and it was a perfect intro for me - they had several instructors and we split up into several groups depending on level, so different levels in the class could be easily accomodated without anyone being out of their depth, nor bored. Also, in smaller groups, every single person was able to receive proper feedback so it really felt like I was able to learn the foundations well. Group and instructor were also all super friendly.
