Cara gave me the perfect welcome as she checked me in, gave me a quick tour and helped me get my mat and blocks. My class was 50/50 of regulars and newer attendees. I don’t love a ton of woo woo, so it was nice to hear Robert’s approach to the principles being logical and fun. I appreciated that he would pause to clarify further and guide individuals to maximize their experience. There was no music and I could slightly hear the instructor from the large class next door, but it was definitely not over powering Robert’s voice or clear enough to make out what they said. I could hear people in the hallway after the large class let out first though so might be worth a note at the end of sessions. Overall, great experience and look forward to returning.

It was my very first time using a reformer so I was nervous but Kamya helped me along the way. Her class wasn’t easy but it also wasn’t so hard it felt intimidating, I would book again!

I dreaded this class going into it, only to be itching to come back sometime! Really great to see such a inviting and safe gym space in the Avondale/Irving Park area - not too much in this neighborhood that I’m aware of, but this is a really great place for a great workout!

Her and the staff including Julia and Samantha made the studio feel very comfortable and inviting for my first time there. The class itself was fun and similar to Zumba in terms of the cardio being pretty intense and sweaty and the movements being very fast and “nonstop,” as the title of class suggested. Definitely need to bring plenty of water and wear comfortable workout clothing for this class. The steps were common beginner dance moves but eventually were very fast and difficult to follow at times near the middle and end of the routine. The steps may have needed to be slowed down at times to truly learn them for new-comers, but overall, it was a class well-spent.

Some other places that teach yoga sculpt tend to make it into a pure aerobics class, which I feel doesn’t help with my poor knee/ankle strength. The temperature of the room was not overly hot, making my workout less dreadful and more manageable. Would def take this class again!
