She even cued a new move that I had never tried in my 47 previous classes! I loved her positive self talk, and her energy. Can’t wait to take her again.

She really helps you along the way and gives you adjustments if needed. The workout is great and she’s also hilarious! Lindsey makes the class really fun. 10/10 will be taking this again
