Alana infuses each class with the perfect blend of physical intensity AND spiritual wisdom, which leaves you feeling empowered to do hard things in the hot yoga room and in life. And her classes are set to a music playlist that is so good, its life changing. Alana"s sequences are also easy to follow, because she is exceptional at instructing how to execute each exercise with proper alignmnet and she provides clear cues on transitions. Take her class! You will feel the same way I do. 💯🔥🙏
