They offer great verbal cues/ adjustments that help strengthen my poses, and Collyn offers amazing hands on adjustments. Friday classes with Collyn are just the best way to unwind from the week and start the weekend. Highly recommend!

Samira’s instructions were straightforward and she provided assistance/alternatives for more complex or strenuous exercises. The studio is a hole in the wall but a good size and intimate. I certainly enjoyed the challenge and workout! ✨

I did a cryofacial, celluma LED face therapy, and full body red light therapy. The cryofacial felt incredible, immediately after I felt less puffy. I have an active breakout and feel like the combo of treatments have had immediate effects as the inflammation is down already. Would recommend this place and hope to try other treatments.

And the Encinitas studio has got to be the prettiest most peaceful studio around with the big windows on two sides and the sunlight coming in through the trees in the late afternoon. It’s a very peaceful environment and I really enjoyed the class and the instructor.
