There was nothing wrong with the class’ form (it was regular rumble training class, a good one) and I think it was due to his personal physical condition. Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!
