A nice warm welcome from Dan the instructor settled the nerves. A nice clean studio with a calming atmosphere. The session was amazing! Dan guided us through the different techniques and stages. Great to be given the flexibility (pun intended) to work and push to our individual experience and levels, especially for me as it was my first ever session and my body was really tight and immobile. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing session. Yoga is definitely a way of life for me now and YK is the perfect venue. Thank you Dan and Yoga Kula. Outstanding!
