alle Bewertungen anzeigenIf you enjoy doing push ups, sprints, and burpees then you’ll survive this class but this is just not my kind of workout. Personally I don’t want to leave a class nauseous with elevated cortisol levels. I also mentioned I was recovering from a wrist injury and then ended up having to do push ups back to back for 20 minutes, the instructor was super nice but I think he knew I was completely miserable the entire workout. Also they really need to fix their water fountain it’s insane that there’s only one barely functioning water fountain in the entire gym. I also left with my legs covered in dirt from the mats. Overall I believe people just go back for the instructor since he has really good energy, it was an effective HIIT workout if you’re looking to raise your heart rate and feel super sore the next day, and I guess some people enjoy the chaotic lights and loud music but unfortunately it was just not for me.
