Really effective in stretching and relaxing my piroformis muscle and hamstrings. Studio was clean and the vibe was relaxing. Don’t bother coming early to the studio. Entrance door is locked and won’t be open until 15 min prior to class.

I’ve booked it a few weeks in a row though I have endless options thru classpass. For this back and abs class, come ready to sweat and WORK! I traditionally weight lift/do calisthenics but Mario is tough on us, in the best way possible. The playlist is always on point. Your core and back will be sore the next few days and your arms will be shaking during, but it’s all worth it.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat class - the instructor was very energetic and good and explaining the exercises. I typically don’t like circuit classes because it’s hard for me to remember what to do and the proper form when they show you several exercises at once. In this class, instructor demonstrates the exercise and then the class does 3 rounds of it together with short breaks in between, then she will demonstrate the next exercise so you just go one at a time which i like. We did arm exercises with weights, one round on the TRX , squats with weights , bridge lifts with weights, push ups, core exercises, and a short but doable cardio burst at the end. So you do truly get a full body workout, but not crazy intense, definitely doable for a beginner and still a great workout for someone more advanced. She provides modifications and encourages everyone to go at their own pace. Only suggestion : it was my first time and there was no introduction or instruction on what to do when i arrived. Two students were already there so i just looked at their equipment and looked around the room for the same things and set up the way they were. So i would suggest maybe letting students know what equipment they need when they come in. Also, at the end of class i would suggest leaving a few minutes open to do stretches together after the workout. Overall great class i would definitely take it again

I'm not sure if I was supposed to sleep, but i fell asleep within 10 minutes of our hour long session. the mattress is comfy, the blanket was thick enough to be warm in the cool room, we had a bolster to put under our knees, and a lavender scented eye mask.. it was lovely.. I woke up and felt very peaceful. Tricia and her husband were so welcoming and such sweet people. 10/10!! I left feeling like I had a massage.

Wendy was an amazing instructor she was encouraging, knowledgeable, and made the class easy to follow while creating such a calming atmosphere. The entire facility was beautiful, from the welcoming lobby to the cold plunge, sauna, and the yoga studio itself. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. This is definitely going to become part of my Sunday routine, and I can’t wait to come back.
