When it would begin to feel a bit too hot, she would turn on the fans so we could cool down a bit. I normally take a different instructor, but would definitely take her again. :)

I also love how he speaks on the mic loud enough for me to hear because some instructors tend to speak too softly with the music on full blast.

Halle made sure we were still able to get a good and spicy workout in while learning how to navigate the Cadillac. It’s a class like this that would confidently transition you to the next Cadillac class level. Halle provided clear direction and demonstrations. And she was also so friendly and encouraging!

It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

Still doable for beginners you just do as much as you can. If you're a beginner I recommend getting a spot at the bar at the front of class so you can see the instructor easier and see what moves your u have to do. Highly recommend if you're trying to tone and strengthen your muscles
