Couple observations: the room didn’t feel hot enough; there were times I was feeling cool drafts and not because people were entering and exiting the room. Also, this class was short for some reason, 45 minutes from the time we stared to when I was at my locker getting my stuff.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI’m not usually a yoga person but this class totally shifted my mindset on yoga - adding in sculpt really made it work for me! You definitely get a good workout and stretch. Everyone is so kind and it feels more approachable than other studios in the Lakeview area. (A little miffed at the false advertising - I signed up for a class that was supposed to be dedicated to a new album drop, and they played classics from the artist instead. Still enjoyable, but I would be lying if I said it didn’t annoy me a tad - I’ll still be back regardless though!)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenVery friendly front desk, nice equipment, and a wonderfully hot room! As a beginner, I thought the class was a bit too quickly paced for me, but it was clear that the teacher was very good. She helped me correct and adjust the poses to fit my ability.
