alle Bewertungen anzeigenLove Avalon, one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. She truly loves what she does and you can tell, and she made it feel more like a practice and less like a class. I struggle to tap into mindfulness in my yoga classes usually but the way she phrased things and organized the movements and class got me right to the peaceful place mentally I was looking to find through yoga :) Front desk was super accommodating as well, I live so far from the studio but this place makes it worth !!
