This class was a bit different as I notice most classes will continue telling you the next move - this class ran through the sequence a few times and then we were left to go through them on our own. I didn’t realize how much I autopilot in prior classes and so this forced me to pay more attention so that I could remember what was next! I loved it more than I thought I might! Will be back 🫶

Just enough effort and heat paired with settling stretches towards the end made for a perfectly balanced class. Absolutely loved it and her! She is so nice!

She intertwined a lot of intention and philosophy throughout which I always appreciate, and she was very accommodating to different injuries in the class.

There was so much intention behind each movement and it was a perfect balance of poses that really stretched you out with ones that got your muscles working. We had a dance break in the middle of class which sparked SO much joy, and then she ended class by singing to us with the most amazing voice I’ve ever heard!
