alle Bewertungen anzeigenWas a really great and energetic class, loved the instructor was fully in it, she kept it challenging but also safe enough for riders who may need a break. Certainly high energy, good music choices, and I do like her pep talk (motivating vs. cheesy). My only feedback though is just the volume of microphone, as she was really high energy, and rallying a fast-paced class, so when you shout into an already loud microphone, and the instructions and music are also fast, along with the strobing lights, it can all be a bit much as you’re catching your breath. And I couldn’t understand some of the words due to the combo of volume + shouting into the microphone. So hopefully sound can be moderated, as otherwise, great class!💯

alle Bewertungen anzeigenFirst time joining the class, unfortunately to realise I was the only girl 😅😂 But Nik as my instructor was very nice and accommodating! Not just in terms of managing the difficulty (between advanced and beginner) but also gender differences (definitely was not as fit as the men, haha). He taught us the fundamentals of boxing and made sure we had fun! Do be prepared for a total sweaty workout even as a beginner (given that you push yourself to the limit)!
