I just wanted a blow-in and had minimal expectations, but Susan’s technique (and speed as well) without feeling like I was rushed, made it one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. My hair was wavy, bouncy, and just felt overall natural and fresh. If I didn’t do it via Classpass, their rates are also reasonable with a promo from M-TH, Rm48 for wash & blow. Not the fanciest of salons, aesthetically, but very decent, good service - highly recommended :)

I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows. I really hope they’ll have more people like Grace, and that Grace stays here forever because it’s honestly so hard to find someone that makes you feel this comfortable 🥺🤍 Will definitely keep coming back here!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI appreciate how the staff and doctors on team were detailed in their explanations, they tried to tell me everything I could possibly know, consultant alone took 30mins before the session started, they give you a warm towel and tea before you start treatment , there’s a diagnosis and package offered to you but they’re respectful and not pushy for you to take it on immediately neither do they push sales during treatment which is nice. The treatment rooms are spacious, nice view, the only thing I found discomfort in was the treatment done on medical chairs and it feels like an offic. Perhaps their approach is more tailored to clinical treatments rather than the traditional facial sense so they lose out points on comfort if that’s what you look for in your session. I do like the medical grade products they used, it’s first try so post treatment I did see slightly improved skin and better glowy look. Will give this another visit to know if works best for me long-term. Overall nice clinics, just minus 1 point In terms of comfort due to their set up.
