Her voice is incredibly soothing and immediately put me at ease—she is truly a beautiful teacher with such a calm, grounding presence. The class was intentionally and thoughtfully planned from start to finish, blending gentle movement, supported restorative poses in the hammocks, and deep rest. The sound bath woven into the class was absolutely divine. The layered tones and vibrations created a wave of peace that carried me into the deepest relaxation I’ve felt in a long time. The space itself is stunning—warm, serene, and visually beautiful, perfect for healing and reset. It was a little tricky to find on the first visit, so I recommend putting the address directly into your GPS before heading out. I left feeling renewed, centered, and deeply cared for. I can’t wait to purchase a class pack and explore more of their offerings in the future. Highly, highly recommend. 💛🕊️
