Her relentless encouragement and one liners about "you can do anything for 30 seconds" and "not everyone gets up at 4:49am to do what you do and my favorite "if you aren't pukin you ain't workin"! made the class fly by. If you haven't been to one of Tracy's classes, you are missing out!

Just one suggestion for the studio, the vanity mirror downstairs with the blow dryers is really poorly lit- it would be great to get some overhead lights or maybe lighting around the mirror so we can see what we’re doing when we’re using it to get ready!😅

For every new face she saw in class, she checked in with them on giving the overview of the class, and your current condition. the studio itself is clean and nice.
