I typically lift and do strength training but I am wanting to branch out and put a variety in my workouts and man did this challenge me! The women are inspiring! They are So STRONG mentally and physically! I enjoyed this class so much I WILL be going back to challenge myself more!

Jessica instructor was very enthusiastic with great dance moves lol 😁 Abby at the front desk was so sweet. Although, the workout was challenging everyone was so encouraging. 10/10 I would highly recommend.
