We were four people, and it felt like a small group personal training which was great! I would recommend this gym and especially classes by Daren.

I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe changing rooms are a bit quick n easy but the class is so good and such good value. Kam was so good - really calm and inviting and grounded, makes you feel really comfortable. Bring a towel (you don’t really in Primrose Hill but you’re asked to here)
