Elaine was very helpful and welcoming and explained each movement, making sure I could follow along without making me feel singled out. I was very intimidated by Pilates before today since I am a plus sized woman, and was very fearful I wouldn’t be welcome as I don’t have the “ typical Pilates body” but I was proved wrong by this class! Class was challenging yet totally doable and I plan to return!
