There's an announcement 5 minutes before the class to get into the studio, and very clear instructions for beginners + good instructions throughout the class. It is very modifiable depending on your fitness level + endurance. One request/ suggestion is keeping lower weights - the lowest currently is 5kg. Valet parking is available for classpass users but the valet was telling me to rather park in free parking in nearby buildings. He just said that I needed to get a stamp and walked away. It was only after I called the hotel and returned again, that I was given valet parking. The gym was very nice and had water, apples, towels, lockers, showers, sauna and very nice employees. Overall very good experience the valet was just confusing.

I was warmly greeted by staff and was shown the facilities where I was to train, the shower and sauna facilities, and also their outdoor pool with a nice view of Burj Khalifa. Freshly folded towels, cool refreshing water and chilled apples where ready for the taking after the work out. The facility had ambient music playing and gave a relaxed vibe, which is perfect for me. Gym equipment is a bit dated, but gets the work done if you’re not too fussy. Gym itself was impeccably clean. Staff stopped by at intervals to check in if all was well and if they could be of service. Locker room, changing cubicles, showers and sauna was as standard for the hotel brand. I loved how polite the staff were and how they were ready to assist immediately. Will definitely be back for sure. Thank you to the Mövenpick recreation team. Keep up the great work!
