alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis was my first time taking an Ashtanga class, and though as a beginner, it was a bit advanced for me, I was never made to feel that way. Modifications were provided the entire time, and when positions were said in yoga jargon, it was immediately followed up with layman terminology, which I appreciated. Jackie gave gentle corrections, and overall provided a warm, calm, welcoming feeling.

The instruction is highly detailed and explanatory in its nature, down to the very muscles targeted in each pose. Individual feedback is provided. What I’ve learned is I’ve been practicing wrong a very long time! I’m planning to continue to take the month long fundamentals course with and eye towards generally improving my strength and effectiveness in my practice
