She packs a lot into one class, which makes it a very good overall training and workout. Would recommend!

She explained every movement clearly and step by step, which made it easy to follow and build a strong foundation. I also really appreciated how detailed her guidance was, especially with the positioning of the arms and legs. She made sure everyone understood each movement and felt comfortable. Highly recommend!

Definitely not for first timers though; there wasn't a ton of one-to-one improvements or feedback or in-depth explanations which total beginners typically need. Class went by very quickly. I'd definitely go again.
