Was feeling quite tired after work but I left the class feeling relaxed and energetic at the same time. The instructor (didn't catch his name but I believe it's coach Erick, based on the IG post) was very clear at giving cues, encouraging, and also helped fixing our postures when needed. Thank you! 🙏

The class gave me such a good, deep stretch, and there are still a couple of power asana (side plank, plank). Samit really helped each one of the students to correct their posture, and help them stretch and twist deeper to the best of each of their ability.
