She was so welcoming and kind, and her cueing, music, and hands-on corrections were excellent. The studio is beautiful, calming, and tranquil, and the lavender and lemon cold towels at the end were the perfect finishing touch. We’ll definitely be back!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGREAT CLASS! 🙌 I’ve been going to yoga for about 15 years and this class was so unique and fun! Susan taught a great flow and I never knew where we were going next, which really got me out of head and on my mat. Really enjoyed the warm up, we stretched our chest and back very well and then it heated up mid session. After, there was a treat of a 15 minute meditation, I walked out a new person! 🧘♀️ I will be back for sure! Studio was very cute, clean and inviting!
